Bandits have k!lled a farmer identified as Dada in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State.

The incident occurred on Tuesday morning, August 11, 2026 while the deceased was working on his farm in the Oshokoshoko area of Oworo. 

Oshokoshoko is located along the strategic Obajana–Kabba corridor, a key route connecting communities in Kogi State.

The k!lling has heightened fears among farmers and residents who regularly travel into the area to access their farmlands.
