Residents of Ugwuoba community in Enugu State have paraded a woman accused of force feeding human faeces to a child under her care.

A viral video shows the woman being paraded through the community while angry women loudly condemned her actions, describing the abuse as an abomination.

One of the women disclosed that the child is the woman’s niece. 

The incident has equally sparked outrage and widespread condemnation on social media amid renewed calls for stronger enforcement of child protection laws.
