Fresh details have emerged in the ongoing case involving singer D4vd after alleged text messages presented in court revealed that 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez became pregnant and later underwent a pregnancy termin@tion before her p@ssing.

According to the BBC, prosecutors told a Los Angeles court that the messages, allegedly recovered from D4vd’s iCloud account, showed conversations between the pair about the pregn@ncy, with another exchange later referencing a second termination. Investigators also claimed the conversations dated back to 2022, when Celeste was 11 years old.

The singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, has pleaded not guilty to charges including the alleged k!lling of the teenager, continuous alleged abse of a minor and mtil@tion of remains. Prosecutors allege he took her l!fe after she thre@ten£d to expose their relationship and damage his career, an allegation he denies. The preliminary hearing is expected to continue next week.
